The owners of the St Andrews Brew House applied for permission to replace the management accommodation on the pub's second floor to install a games room featuring two shuffleboard tables and a pair of dartboards, as well as a karaoke room next door.

It has since been approved by Norwich City Council and in the approval documents, it states the potential harm had been assessed as being outweighed by the benefits of bringing an unutilised floorspace back into use.

The project will involve the removal of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and the existing partition walls.

2. Bridge repair work
