In a bid to expand and further its drive for continued learning, Chadwick's has moved offices to the heart of the UEA.
The financial advising firm is now based at the Enterprise Centre, known for its thatched walls and green ethos.
Chadwick's director Richard Ross said having closer links with the UEA raised the company's profile with potential recruits while giving him the opportunity to stay up to date with current academic theories.
'The building itself is a great place to work,' said Mr Ross, founder of the company. 'The low-energy design means lighting is subdued which takes a little getting used to initially but we have quickly come to appreciate the more relaxed atmosphere it engenders.'
An office-warming party on Friday saw clients, friends and special guest TSB chief executive Paul Pester welcomed into the new premises.
