Business advisors and accountants BDO have announced plans to move to new offices in Norwich.
The firm is relocating from Carrow Road to a larger space at Yare House on Thorpe Road, as it looks to bolster its staff by employing more graduates and school leavers.
The move comes after BDO merged with international accountancy network PKF in 2013, bringing its current staff numbers to 3,500 in the UK.
Nick Buxton, partner at the firm, which employs 50 people across its offices in Norwich and Great Yarmouth, said: 'This move shows the commitment that BDO has to the region. We are growing our high quality provision offering audit and assurance, tax and a range of advisory services to a wide range of mid-market businesses and individuals.'
'Although we concentrate on local businesses, our broader national and international reach is a great asset to the majority of those we advise,' he said. 'As the economic recovery takes hold, firms look to expand both in domestic and international markets.'
