Would you like to run a cafe? Now could be the perfect chance as an opportunity has arisen to take over a Cromer tea rooms.
Bidders are being invited to put forward a business plan to run the tea room at North Lodge Park, which is owned by North Norfolk District Council.
Currently the Friends of North Lodge Park are running the tea rooms free of charge with the council picking up the costs of business rates and waiving the rental fee for the unit from last August.
Now the council is hoping the business can be run on a commercial basis.
Cabinet member for assets John Rest said: 'We are extremely grateful to the Friends for their hard work since August in helping to regenerate this area of the park.
'We need to be fair to all traders in town and provide an opportunity for all interested parties, including the Friends, to operate the tea room on a commercial basis from this April.'
The council is looking for an expected rental income of £3,500, a benchmark rate, for an annual licence running from April 1 and for the bids to demonstrate how they benefit the area.
Adverts will be placed in this week's North Norfolk News.
