Ms Goodwin, who also runs the Norwich Makers Market, was one of three artists selected after an international call from Norwich BID for mural submissions.
The first of the three new murals by illustrator Julia Allum was unveiled in June at the Tesco Metro loading bay on Pottergate and is inspired by Art Deco travel posters.
The third, by artist Joey La Mèche is a medieval marketplace design and will appear on Castle House in the coming weeks.
Martin Blackwell, Business and Operations Manager, Norwich BID said: 'Joey, Ella and Julia have all created some incredible designs, which we are sure will create talking points for visitors and locals alike'.
