An Aston Martin made famous in the James Bond films is expected to fetch more than £500,000 when it goes to auction this month.

Appearing in Goldfinger, Thunderball and more recently Skyfall, Spectre and No Time to Die, the 1964 DB5 model has become the quintessential Bond car.

Going under the hammer at Anglia Car Auctions in King's Lynn is a car manufactured in 1964.

"From an auction perspective, few cars get more exciting than this and we look forward in earnest to the sale weekend."

The model was a popular choice among celebrities with former owners including Mick Jagger, Sir Paul McCartney and Peter Sellers.

It comes a year after an original DB5 driven by Pierce Brosnan in the opening scene of Goldeneye was sold for a staggering £1,961,500.

The car going under the hammer in King's Lynn at the auction held on June 22 and June 23 has an MOT through to the end of August even though it no longer requires one as a historic vehicle.
