Plans have been revealed for a new dog walking field in a second homes hotspot.
Mark Bevington has applied for planning permission to change the use of the three-acre site off Creake Road, at Burnham Thorpe.
A planning statement says: "The proposal is to provide a safe and secure meadow space with off-road parking area that allows the local community to exercise their dogs on pay-per-use basis via an online pre-booking system.

"Since the aftermath of Covid-19 the availability to walk dogs in the countryside has increased and the need for somewhere close to Fakenham which is secure is in demand from our research. It will provide a service for the growing need to exercise dogs in a secure area at times to suit the dog owners."
A decision is expected from West Norfolk Council later this year.
