Dr Catherine Richards, East Norfolk Sixth Form College's principal, said: "Following a serious road traffic collision outside of the college this morning, I would like to pay tribute to the college staff and students and members of the public who responded so quickly and professionally.

"They were among the first people to respond, alerted the emergency services and then continued to support the emergency services throughout.

"Our thoughts are very much with the people involved in this incident at this time.”
