Police have revealed they will be considering driving offences after a Ferrari crashed and narrowly missed a jogger in Norwich city centre.
Officers were called to Rose Lane near Rooftop Gardens in the city centre at 4.58pm on Sunday after the Italian sports car was seen slamming into bike racks before coming to a halt bellowing smoke.
Footage shows the supercar narrowly missing a runner.

Officers from the Roads and Armed Policing Team investigating the crash.
The owner of the Ferrari F430, former Dragons' Den contestant Ross Mendham, was a passenger who escaped unharmed after it mounted the pavement in the 20mph zone.
Afterwards, Mendham was arrested at the scene for a breach of his bail conditions and appeared in court on Monday.

The driver of the Ferrari was interviewed at the scene.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said: "Attending officers spoke with two people who witnessed the incident and CCTV footage is being reviewed.
"We will be considering driving offences and take appropriate action once our enquiries are complete."
Meanwhile, Green Thorpe Hamlet councillor Ash Haynes has raised road safety concerns in the Rose Lane area.

Information released by Norfolk Police shows that in 2023 police issued two speeding tickets on Rose Lane.
Ms Haynes said: “When I saw the footage I was dismayed but not at all surprised.
"I often hear from residents who are concerned about the speeds people drive in the city. With almost no enforcement of 20mph speed limits in the city it is inevitable that some drivers think the law doesn't apply to them.
"For people to feel safe we need appropriate enforcement of 20mph zones to make it clear that our roads are not used as racetracks.”
