A new Subway outlet is opening in Bradwell.

The franchise is located on Wood Farm Lane, at the Persimmon Homes Bluebell Meadow Estate - and launches on Friday, March 8, at 11am.

Rai Chakradhar, 42, the restaurant owner, already has two Subway branches - one each in Gorleston and Great Yarmouth.

He said the new location was "perfect".

"With all the big developments happening in the area, we started looking for a location here," he said.

The outlet will employ between eight to 12 staff and open from 7am to  8pm daily.

It is next to the new local branch of Sainsburys which is in the final stages of construction.

The new units follow the ongoing development of the housing estate, which will see the construction of 850 homes.
