A north Norfolk road will be closed for three weeks with parking problems expected.

Waterbank Road in Sheringham will be shut for pavement resurfacing from February 12.

The closure is expected to be in place until March 4, providing that weather conditions are suitable for work.

The one-way system and residents' on-street parking will also be suspended during this time, meaning that people living on the road will have to park on adjacent streets.

Pedestrian access to properties and off-road parking will be maintained, however there may be delays for vehicle access while work takes place in front of driveways.

There will be a diversion route in place via Church Street, Cromer Road, Station Road and Station Approach.

The work will cost Norfolk County Council £48,500.
