An award-winning bakery chain has opened a huge new café in a Norfolk market town. 

Bread Source has launched at The Dial House in Reepham which was recently taken on by new owners.

James and Tom Ellis reopened the venue alongside Steve Winter, founder of Bread Source, after a short period of refurbishment.

Tom Ellis said: "We have frequented the Dial House for many years and it has been a special place for us with many happy times and celebrations spent there.

"We want to be an active part of the community and build a business that is loved by the locals and brings visitors to our lovely town."

Mr Winter started selling his bread in Reepham Market Place more than 10 years ago.

"I have always felt a fondness for Reepham as the town was always so supportive of me when I got started in the early days," he said.

"Coming to Reepham feels like coming home in many ways."

Mr Winter added: "We have thought carefully about how we can make the best of this iconic building and ensure the Dial House is a buzzing and thriving business in the heart of this beautiful market town.

"We opened our new café bakery in Aylsham almost two years ago and the positive impact we have had on the town’s visitors and footfall has been incredible.

"We hope it will be the same story in Reepham."
