A waste vehicle depot looks set to be demolished and rebuilt despite fears the work could disturb neighbours.
Plans to redevelop the Brookside Depot in Frettenham, near Wroxham, are set to go before Broadland District Council’s (BDC) planning committee on Wednesday.
The scheme will see existing buildings on the Buxton Road site demolished and modern buildings put in their place.
Ahead of the meeting, planning officials have recommended the plans for approval, despite concerns over the impact on neighbours.

Karen Lawrence, who was a district councillor until the local elections in May, wanted the planning committee to ensure the hours of construction were limited to avoid disturbing residents and there should be no additional vehicles going through Frettenham.
But BDC’s planning officials have recommended the scheme go ahead, saying that a noise and dust management plan could be put in place to avoid disrupting neighbours.
They also said the site was not changing or intensifying its use it will not cause extra disturbance or impact on the safety of Frettenham residents.
They said: "Overall, I consider the proposal to sufficiently protect the amenities of nearby residents in accordance with policy."
