Hundreds of people are expected to dress up as zombies for a 12-hour Halloween music festival.

Zombie Fest is described as 'East Anglia's biggest Halloween music festival' as it returns for its third year, taking place over 10 arenas with 150 acts.

The annual event, run by East Anglia's award-winning dance music promoters BIG, takes place on Saturday, October 28 from 6pm till 6am at Mildenhall Stadium.

More than 2,000 people have already signed up, many of whom got in the party spirit last year dressing up as zombies, ghouls and famous horror movie characters and painted the town blood red.

Zombie Fest music encompasses everything from house and techno to old skool anthems, hard dance to mainstream R&B, and anything in between.

Headlining this year's event is drum and bass global megastars Pendulum, playing a mix of their own classic hits such as Slam, Watercolour and Tarantula with a blend of today's biggest festival cuts literally taking the roof off and raising the spirits.

Other big-name acts include BBC Radio 1 legend Grooverider and Radio 1 Xtra Friction; heavyweights including DJ GUV, Andy Whitby, Gammer; legends like DJ SY, The Ratpack; and live performances from Shola Ama, Baby D and So Solid's Romeo and Lisa Maffia.
