Get your dancing shoes on for when the 55th Inter-Varsity Folk Dance Festival hits Norwich.
Featuring traditional music and dance from the British Isles and beyond, the three-day event is being hosted by the University of East Anglia.
Attractions include folk concerts, including Norfolk band Shindig and a 12-hour ceilidh on the Saturday, as well as a Morris dancing tour through the city.
And if you're feeling inspired, why not join one of the many dance workshops at the UEA? Choose from Appalachian clog, Balkan dance, medieval dance and Ceroc.
Or if your feet are aching from all the action, try out one of the musical workshops, such as melodeon playing or join in a yoga/t'ai chi session.
