The show has always been a magnet for visitors who like their food and drink (most of Norfolk, in other words) so we've put together a few of the treats that are going to tickle the taste buds as you make your way around the area dedicated to you.
1. Grow it, Cook it, Eat it
Hosted by Mary Kemp, this year's popular cookery stage will support the show's central theme of promoting food, farming and the countryside with two action-packed days of demonstrations and talks by some of Norfolk's most famous chefs, revealing their best recipes and culinary tricks. The stage will also showcase the best seasonal and regional produce from Norfolk's land and sea, with guest appearances from Jimmy Doherty (Wednesday) and James Wong (Thursday).

James' latest TV project was The Secrets of Your Food for BBC2. In it he travelled the world to reveal the delicious physics, chemistry and biology hidden inside our food. His latest book, How to Eat Better, was published in April and has been a best seller. James explains how to shop, store and cook to make any food a superfood. With a few easy hints James proves you can dramatically improve the nutritional value of everything from fruit and veg to carbs and coffee, thanks to the miracle of kitchen chemistry.
4. Art of Butchery
Support your local butchers at this year's show. This is your chance to see what happens behind the scenes at your local butcher's shop. Don't miss the butchery competition and a Meat Box Auction on both days.
5. Eastgate Larder
Hear the story of Eastgate Larder, which Jane Steward (below) set up in 2016 with the aim of reviving the medlar, an old English fruit. Four lucky guests will also have the chance to spend a day making fruit preserves in north Norfolk with Jane, who will lead a course for first-time fruit preservers, and will teach you how to make three different preserves to take home – a jelly, a jam and a fruit curd – using her home grown fruit. Her four guests will enjoy a walk round the Eastgate medlar orchard, as well as lunch and wine.
6. Crush Foods
The producer is launching a range of yummy sauces at the show including Original & Sticky BBQ, Tand Proper Fruity Brown Sauce. Crush call these sauces a force for good and has chosen to support the YANA mental health charity with a donation from each bottle.
7. East of England Co-Op Sourced Locally producers
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Sourced Locally initiative, East of England Co-Op has invited some of its outstanding Norfolk producers to showcase their wares, including chocolate, ice cream, ham, beers and much more.
8. Jack Brock
Meet Jack Brock, an adorable miniature pony who will be in the East of England Co-op marquee to meet his fans on the Wednesday. Like many of the East of England Co-op staff, Jack is dementia-friendly and visits dementia care homes in Norfolk.
