Promising street food with attitude, this Norfolk-based business offers gourmet hot dogs, made using smoked German Frankfurters, as well as a variety of other dishes comprised of locally sourced ingredients. Their menu includes items such as The Dogzilla 'Chilli Dog', inspired by the New York hot dog and served with chilli and sour cream, as well as 'Bunny Chow', a South African inspired dish made with a quarter loaf, which is hollowed out and filled with either chilli, meatballs or vegetable curry.

Established in 2013, Mac & More are creating a gourmet version of the classic pasta dish and finishing it off with a range of twisted toppings to provide a truly unique eating experience. As well as macaroni and cheese, they also whip up sweet treats such as Eton Mess and traditional American buttermilk pancakes, so there's something to suit both sweet and savoury fans.

• The Proper Pizza Co.

Using mobile wood-fired pizza ovens, this catering company from Norwich makes artisan pizzas that would be perfect for your next party. Their sample menu includes toppings such as Prosciutto ham, Chorizo, homemade chilli oil, mushrooms, butternut squash, Feta cheese, crayfish tails, slow cooked pulled pork and smoked chicken but the team can tailor pizzas to suit personal tastes and can create glute-free, dairy-free and vegetarian pizzas upon request.

Totem is a Norwich-based street food business that serves a range of authentic dishes from Africa and aims to educate people of all ages about African culture, food, and music. This Suffolk-based catering company was established in 2012 and has been offering the hungry people of East Anglia a unique treat in the form of a waffle on a stick. The waffles are served with a range of sauces and toppings such as salted caramel sauce, cinnamon syrup and Belgian chocolate sauce and seasonal ingredients are often used to create specials such as The Christmas Pudding with Custard Waffle and Ale flavoured waffles for Norwich's City of Ale festival.
