The series of free shows, known as Lunchbox, kick off outside the Forum from July 30 to provide a bit of escapism for office workers and shoppers alike.
The programme includes a varied mix of local, national and international acts, including circus, world music and comedy from some of the country's finest street performers.
“The Forum is a popular spot for people to enjoy their lunch in the summer months,” explained events manager Darren Cross.
“We wanted to provide a little light refreshment to ensure they went back to work with a smile on their face.”
Until August 24, audiences will be able to enjoy entertainment every weekday lunchtime from 12.30pm with a different performance every day.
Showcases by students from City College, Norwich, will feature each Monday and Access to Music will give a show on the final Wednesday.
Full listings of performances are available at www.theforumnorwich.co.uk.
