Thousands saw them perform at Earlham Park earlier this year and now Little Mix have announced they are returning to the city.

Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock will be back at the park next July as part of 'The Summer Hits Tour 2018'.

In September thousands descended on Earlham Park to see the world's biggest girl band and although a large majority of Mixers were bowled over by the evening, concerns were raised over the organisation and duration of the event.

And similar concerns were highlighted again on social media when it was announced The X Factor winners would be returning.

Vorny Kelly said: 'I'd rather spend a day locked in a room with Katie Hopkins than go through the stress of a Little Mix gig at Earlham Park again. Little Mix were brilliant but the organisers were rubbish.'

Jenna Harding said: 'Good performers just no regard to being over an hour late and literally performing for 50 minutes. Waste of time and money and very disappointed with waiting for over two hours for them and the very young audience they have is just not acceptable. Would definitely not recommend them at all.'

And Karen Mason added: 'I'd say let's go again but I don't fancy standing in queues for them only to be on for one hour!'

But others were very excited for the chance to see the band, who have had four UK number one singles, in Norwich again.

Mariana tweeted: 'OMG Little Mix are coming to Norwich, this is so exciting.'

Gemma Nicole said: 'So happy you're coming back to Norwich, not a lot of artists come to Norfolk as it's a small place hoping I can save up and get myself a ticket as I missed you girls last time.'

And Fans of Little Mix tweeted: 'Saw @LittleMix At Earlham park in September 3rd this year hoping to see them again for another amazing show for the summer hits tour, I'm so proud cause it feels amazing to know they come to your hometown the first time and now for the second time at their own tour LM.'

Little Mix signed to SYCO records on winning The X Factor in 2011 and shot straight to number one in the UK with their debut single Cannonball.

Their latest album Glory Days, led by the lead single Shout Out To My Ex, is the biggest selling album by a female group this millennium.

Tickets for the show at Earlham Park on Saturday July 21 2018 will go on sale this Thursday at 9.30am.
