Theatre lovers at this year's Cromer Pier Show will be entertained by a duo who can play up to 20 instruments between them.

Andante will be one of the many acts in the long-running Seaside Special spectacular, which will be running from June 21-September 20 at the Pavilion Theatre.

Shows will be held at 7.30pm between Tuesdays and Saturdays and matinée performances of the Show Two, featuring the main Seaside Special performers, will be held at 2.30pm on some of the days.

Andante comprises of the instrumental and vocal talents of Vee Sweeney and Mark Rowson.

They combine differing musical backgrounds and skills to create a lively, entertaining and fun act.

Vee brings classical and Irish influences to the blend while Mark adds original and exciting ideas to all the arrangements that he creates for them.

This unique mix of styles has wowed audiences in theatres, hotels and cruise ships all over the world.

In 2001, Andante were commissioned to write and perform a special arrangement for the final performance at the world famous Hansa Variety Theatre in Hamburg, Germany.

They have also toured with Ken Dodd and Jimmy Cricket.

When they are not performing on dry land Andante can be found cruising and have over the past twenty years have performed on over 30 ships.

This summer will be their debut appearance at the Pavilion Theatre.
