Phoenix Opera will be turning to the world of Viennese operetta with their new production of Franz Lehár's The Merry Widow.
This favourite opera, first performed in 1905, has been popular ever since.
It is a tale of contrary-minded lovers and sparkles with familiar melodies such as Vilia, You'll find me at Maxims and of course the infamous Can-Can.
The opera will be performed on November 14 and 15 (Friday and Saturday) at 7.30pm and there will be a matinee at 2.30pm.
All proceeds will be shared between Age Concern Norfolk and the Maddermarket Studio Theatre Fund. Tickets are £12 for the evenings, £10 for the matinee and can be booked on 01603 436510 or 01603 598598.
