Norwich's Sam Smith fans were disappointed to hear the singer had pulled out of the Big Weekend due to a vocal chord injury.
But Radio 1 has announced he is to be replaced by Catfish and the Bottlemen, who were due to perform on the In New Music We Trust stage.
Taking the band's place on the In New Music We Trust stage will be grime musician Lethal Bizzle, who has been added to the lineup.
'I'm really looking forward to performing at Radio 1's Big Weekend,' said the Pow musician. 'You can expect a high energy set from me, and maybe a few exclusives.'
