Youngsters from across Norfolk are being invited to audition for parts in one of the world's most famous musicals.

Sheringham Little Theatre will be putting on the schools' version of Les Miserables in April next year and is looking for young actors to take part.

A cast of 30 is needed for the show and auditions will take place on Sunday October 13 at Sheringham High School from 9.30am.

Young people aged between the ages eight and 19 can try out and they should arrive with a recent passport sized photo, with their name and age on the back.

There are parts for boys and girls and there will be solo singing roles as well the chance to be in the ensemble.

Rehearsals are due to start soon and will run this the autumn and next year.
