One of Britain's most popular comedians is heading to Lowestoft for two shows this summer, it was announced yesterday.
Lee Evans is a star of stage, screen and stand-up and will be appearing at Lowestoft Marina Theatre in June.
It will act as a warm-up to his 2008 tour in which he is set to make history as the first comedy gig to grace the stage of the London O2 Arena.
The comedian, who has gained acclaim on stage and screen, has starred in such Hollywood blockbusters as There's Something About Mary, The Fifth Element and the award-winning Funny Bones.
Evans will take to the stage in Lowestoft on Monday and Tuesday, June 9 and 10, at 8pm.
