A group that champions the talents of young musicians is looking for new members from across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Aldeburgh Young Musicians, based at Snape, near Aldeburgh, brings together outstanding young musicians, ranging from classical instrumentalists to rock guitarists to specialists in jazz and folk.
The group challenges them to work together with leading professionals in a variety of ways and gives the young musicians the chance to benefit from individual lessons, mentoring, week-long courses and performance opportunities.
Aldeburgh Young Musicians has about 50 members at any one time and is currently open for applications from young people aged eight to 16. The deadline for applications is February 10. For more information and to apply, visit www.aldeburgh.co.uk/aym
