Thousands of people voted for their cultural champions in the small organisation, large organisation and individual categories and we can now reveal the top three in each group.
The People's Choice Awards are part of the Norfolk Arts Awards night which takes place on October 19 as part of the Hostry Festival.
The Hostry Festival is returning for its eighth year from October 13 to 28 with a jam-packed programme of art, theatre and music.
Ten nomimnees were shortlisted in each category and an online public vote has decided the top three.
Stash Kirkbride, co-founder of the Norfolk Arts Awards, said: 'It is so fantastic to see more people than even last year have voted, and its also great news the nine finalists represent such different parts of the county.
'Good luck to this year's nominees, and we look forward to welcoming them all at this year's Norfolk Arts Awards on Friday October 19, where the winner in each category will be announced.'
SMALL ORGANISATION
Dereham Blues Festival
The sixth Dereham Blues Festival ended on a resounding high note, with yet more talent on display, gaining a reputation nationally for high quality blues music. But this festival would not be thriving and bringing new trade to Dereham without the dedication and drive of founders Doreen and
Stewart Aitken.
Sheringham Little Theatre
Drama, music, live screenings, cinema and a café combine to make Sheringham Little Theatre a vibrant arts venue and popular meeting place in the heart of the town.
It combines traditional theatre, including a summer drama season and professional panto, with a mix of amateur stage productions including a strong youth section.
Tin House
Norwich based community and participatory arts organisation Tin House are experts at transforming ideas and imagination into practical, creative reality. Ali MacKenzie designed, sculpted and, with a dedicated Tin House team, built the five stunning elephant puppets that entranced and enthralled thousands of people at this year's Lord Mayor's celebrations.

Cromer Seaside Special
The Cromer Pier Show is a unique example of timeless, high quality, seaside entertainment for all the family. With a mix of song, dance, comedy and the best of modern variety it's guaranteed to put a smile on your face, come rain or shine.
GoGoHares
GoGoHares is a sculpture trail organised by Norfolk children's charity Break in partnership with Wild in Art. This is the 3rd GoGo trail and 2018 celebrates 50 years of the charity. It is made up of 50 sculptures in Norwich, 18 around Norfolk and 164 leverets created by the learning programme, GoGoCreate.

Each May, Norfolk & Norwich Festival transforms our public spaces, city streets, performance venues, parks, forests and beaches, bringing people together to experience brilliant and inspirational events. INDIVIDUAL
Cat Chapman (Norwich)
Founder and artistic director of the all-male youth Legacy Dance Company UK. She is an ex professional performer and qualified dance teacher and is dedicated to providing high quality dance and theatre training to young people in East Anglia.
Tim Lane (Lakenham)
Tim Lane writes songs and plays. This year he co-wrote At The Turning of the Tide for Crude Apache and An Honest Gentleman for Stuff of Dreams. He also leads, and plays guitar with, The Punch House Band. He regularly uses Norfolk stories and characters in his work.
Anna Mudeka (Southburgh)
Musician and dancer Anna Mudeka specialises in music from Sub-Saharan Africa, teaching and performing across the world. She runs the Southburgh Festival of World Music and founded The Mudeka Foundation, funding education for orphans in her native Zimbabwe. She is currently working on Kure Kure a new theatrical and multi-media show.
