Aliens are planning to spend their summer holiday in north Norfolk – thanks to local youngsters.

Children from eight to 15-years-old are invited to take part in a five-day theatre club leading to a stage performance of Help! There's an Alien in My Shed!

The play has been written by Joseph Ballard, director of Arts North Norfolk, the North Walsham-based charity, and will be the third children's summer production he has put on in the town.

The five-day drama project will run at the Atrium Theatre on Spenser Avenue, North Walsham (NR28 9HZ), from Tuesday August 25 to Saturday August 29.

It will run from 10.30am-4pm daily but extra hours for children will run between 9am and 5pm to help parents and carers.

The summer school costs £55 per child and places must be booked. All those taking part must take a packed lunch and drinks for each day.

The show will be presented on stage at the Atrium Theatre on August 29 at 4pm with parents, friends and everyone else invited. Tickets will be £2.
