Butterfly activities, crafts and local food are among the attractions at Mannington Hall Gardens this month.
Visitors to the gardens on Sunday, August 5, can gain an insight in to butterfly identification during an activity afternoon from 2 to 4pm. There will be a slideshow of local species followed by a walk in the wet wildflower meadow. Participation costs �4.
Hand crafted gifts, textiles, photographs and jewellery will be on sale at Mannington on August 12. And on August 19, there will be a sale of local produce, including chutneys, pies, cheeses, cordials and breads.
The craft and produce sales run from noon to 5pm. Entry costs �6 adults, �5 concessions and children go free.
