Mancunian Jason Manford provided plenty of laughs as the headliner of the comedy tent on Sunday.
The comedian, who regularly appears on television stand up shows such as 'live at the Apollo', gave an anecdotal set, talking about performing in Afghanistan, receiving complaints for making an ill-timed joke on BBC's The One Show, and the relationship between his parents and his children.
Manford, who said he performed at Latitude, joked about the distance from home to Henham Park and quipped: 'It's nice to be at a festival where you don't get stabbed.'
He joked about the northern walk, and about how he was reading far too much into Fireman Sam, after watching it with his children.
His two daughters also seem to caught his comedic gene too, telling stories about how they would trick him when he would leave them in the car when he went to the shops
Despite battling against sections of the audience that left to see other performers, Manford joked with them as they left, and didn't let it get him down. He was worthy of closing the festival's comedy tent.
