To some, it might seem like a fairly normal stretch of road.
But photographer David Indge has managed to create a unique exhibition of art from the 85-mile A149 Coast Road linking King's Lynn to Great Yarmouth.
Mr Indge travelled the entire length of the road to capture on his camera snapshots of the people and places connected by the north Norfolk route.
And this month people can see some of his photographic highlights at his Coast Road exhibition at the Norfolk Heritage Centre, in Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library.
Among his array of pictures are everything from a paraglider in Cromer to people watching the Red Arrows fly overhead at Holkham to a cafe in Old Hunstanton.
He hopes in time to publish a book of 149 photos from the A149 and to potentially show his photography at venues along the A149.
'It's a road of contrast in terms of landscape and the people and places I have visited along the way. Each photo represents a moment in time,' said Mr Indge, 40, who grew up in North Walsham and now lives in Norwich.
'There were certain subjects I knew I needed to cover and people that I felt represented the communities along this road - for example, the ambulance crew at Potter Heigham.
'Others were chance encounters along the way.
'Part of my objective was to illustrate the contrasting areas covered by the road.
'Despite being from Norfolk, there were still unfamiliar places to me along the route and this encouraged me to explore these areas further.
'I thought it was important to not just park up, wind down the window, take a snap and move on.'
The Coast Road exhibition, showcasing highlights from the project, is at the Norfolk Heritage Centre at the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library until February 28.
