Local Youtube star Ria Ritchie has been added to the line-up of this September's Sundown Festival in Norwich.

With over 10m views and 35k subscribers on video-sharing website Youtube, the Lowestoft singer has now earned herself a place on a line-up including the likes of Olly Murs, Pixie Lott, Chase & Status, Katy B, Diana Vickers and Labrinth.

The former Access to Music Norwich student has written songs with Plan B singer Ben Drew and is preparing to release her album with EMI Publishing.

Having supported the likes of Tinchy Stryder, Example and Wretch32 last year, Ritchie will now perform on the main stage at Sundown, on Saturday, September 1.

Sundown Festival spokesman, Dion Clements, said: 'Ria is an amazing up-and-coming talent and we'd have been pleased to welcome her to the main stage for this reason alone, but the fact that she originally comes from the area is even better.

'For anyone who hasn't yet heard of Ria, she's tipped for the top by so many influential people in the industry.'

The festival is being held at the Norfolk Showground over the weekend of September 1-2. For more information, or to book tickets, go to www.nationalboxoffice.co.uk, or call 0871 224 1112 or 1113.
