Wonderful spring flowers will be on show as green-fingered horticultural enthusiasts show off their best creations.
Gorleston Horticultural Society is holding its spring show this Sunday, the first show of 2017, at the Shrublands Youth and Adult Centre, Magdalen Way, Gorleston.
The show is sponsored by Persimmon Homes and grateful thanks to them for their continued support and will be open to the public from 12.30pm until 4.30pm.
On display will be all types of spring flowers, including a great variety of different types of daffodils.
There will also be a section for domestic economy with 10 classes being available for exhibitors to show their skills. A raffle will be held, as well as refreshments being available.
The next monthly meeting of the society will be at the Kevill Arms, Church Lane, Gorleston, on Tuesday, April 11 at 7.30pm and will be a talk by Brian Thornton.
