Wroxham are preparing for two games that are likely to define their season after crashing to a 3-1 defeat at Ryman North promotion chasers Cheshunt.
The Yachtsmen travel to Brentwood on Tuesday night before hosting Waltham Abbey on Saturday and need positive results against both their fellow strugglers to stand a realistic chance of avoiding the drop.
The visitors made a good start, with Olly Humphries rifling home a low shot on 20 minutes after Cheshunt had given away a free-kick on the edge of the area. The visitors were soon back on level terms however when Ross Gilfedder was penalised for handball and Tom Bruno despatched the penalty.
After the break Elliott Pride saved another Bruno spot-kick after giving away the penalty - but it wasn't long before Joe Kizzi scored with a towering header to make it 2-1. Luke Marshall then found the corner of the net with a low shot for the third on 74 minutes.
