Wroxham manager Pawel Guziejko has said he will not be afraid to throw younger players into the first team as his side prepare to face Barkingside at Trafford Park on Tuesday.

Goalkeeper Luis Tibbles, Aaron Sanders and Solomon Pope were all promoted to first team duty in Saturday's FA Cup 3-1 defeat to St. Neots, with Tibbles in particular impressing after making the step up. And Guziejko has stated that there will be more players from the younger teams getting a chance to prove their worth.

'We have 45 players here and I want to get the most out of all of them. I like to take risks by putting youngsters into the first team squad and using them on the pitch as well.

'I was impressed by the way Luis played on Saturday, he did some fantastic work and he performed well considering the level we play. He is still young though and has a long way to go, so we will be making sure he keeps his feet firmly on the ground. My long term plan is to have a starting 11 solely of players who have moved up through the levels at Wroxham, so that they have this club in their hearts.'

Tuesday's opponents Barkingside sit one place above Wroxham in the table, shipping 29 goals in their first eight games, but Guziejko is more focused on preparing his own men. 'I think we have to look at ourselves first. The fact they have conceded so many goals so far doesn't concern me. It's early in the season and this is football, there are always ups and downs.

'As long as everybody tries their best, including me, then I am confident we will get the result we want.'
