Wisbech Town will be aiming to leapfrog neighbours Holbeach today after finally ending their run of poor home form.
The Fenmen travel to mid-table Rothwell Corinthians, knowing a win can see them overtake the seventh-placed side – if their rivals lose to Kirby Muxloe.
Wisbech's Cambs Invitation Cup semi-final against Cambridge City on Monday was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, but boss Dick Creasey will be delighted his side managed to secure their first three points on home soil since December last weekend when they eased to a routine 4-1 triumph over Leicester Nirvana, ending a winless run of five UCL matches at home.
Creasey said: 'We're delighted to get three points at home because it's been too long. It was a cold, damp afternoon where people don't want to turn out so credit to them who did and I hope we sent them home a bit happier than we did on previous weeks.'
