To encourage readers of the EDP to get fit and healthy, Riverside Leisure Centre in Norwich is offering two full 12-month membership passes for the centre.

Worth �363 each, the passes will entitle the lucky winners to the full range of Riverside's facilities, including a 25-metre swimming pool, learner pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath and a fully equipped gym and fitness studio. In addition the centre runs regular swimming lessons and fitness classes, with a cr�che operating five mornings a week.

Riverside Leisure Centre has also been supporting the national Big Splash campaign, a joint initiative with British Swimming and the BBC to get more people to take advantage of their local pool facilities.

Everyone who enters this competition will be entitled to a free swim at the centre, while the two winners will be chosen at random from the correct entries.

To claim your free swim, just print out the confirmation page after entering and take it along to the Riverside Leisure Centre, Wherry Road, Norwich, NR1 1WX.
