The World Cup may have only just finished but it's time to get excited for another major sporting event – the Commonwealth Games.
Host Gavin Caney, the Eastern Daily Press' sports reporter in King's Lynn, brings you all the build up to the showcase event which starts in Glasgow next week by highlighting all of our area's competitors.
Caney is joined by bowls duo Jamie Chestney, who grew up in Fakenham, and Wisbech-born Ellen Falkner – a two-time Commonwealth gold medallist – to get their take ahead of the festival of sport in Scotland.
And if that's not enough. our man lets you know who else to follow locally at the Commonwealths on his weekly West Norfolk Sports Podcast, as well as bringing you all of the latest sports news from around the area in 'Gone in 60 Seconds'.
