The captain of the Norfolk Alliance Division One champions, Keith Thomson, discusses his side's immediate return to the top flight with West Norfolk Sports Podcast host Gavin Caney. 'Cheggers' – as Stow's skipper is more commonly known – also dishes the dirt on his team-mates in the typically hilarious fashion.

Tucker Gardner Premier Wisbech have had a less memorable campaign than their 2013 title-winner year. However, Gary Freear admits there's plenty of things he and everyone at the Harecroft Road outfit have learned moving forward.

As ever, if that's not enough to whet your appetite there is also all the latest sports news in the area rounded up in our Gone in 60 Seconds segment to bring you the best of the rest of the action across the district.
