West Norfolk stormed to their biggest victory of the season to make it two wins from three in 2013.
They crashed over nine tries with Ross Biggs running in a hat-trick as they ran riot against Thurston. Jake Richardson, Ross Patton and Tulip Foods man of the match Sean Brundle all scored two tries each.
Further points came via two conversions from both Paul Denton and Edward Maule, with the former also scoring a penalty to inflict more misery on the league's bottom side.
Boss Nigel Richardson said: 'It was an awesome display after a long lay off. Our fitness training paid off. It's a great way to kick-start the second half of our season.'
