Gorleston will be looking to keep tabs on leaders Hadleigh United when they visit FC Clacton today.

The pre-season Thurlow Nunn Premier Division title favourites have slipped a disappointing 11 points behind the pacesetters after an indifferent run of form. But the Greens do have two games in hand and know a victory this afternoon will keep up the pressure on United.

In among the pocket of clubs fighting to keep up with Hadleigh are Norwich United. The Planters boosted their strike options this week by signing talismanic Wroxham frontman Paul Cook. And he will be looking for a winning start to life back in the Eastern Counties set-up when Damian Hilton's troops host a Brantham Athletic side who are just one point above them. Elsewhere, Kirkley & Pakefield entertain Godmanchester Rovers, Diss Town visit Mildenhall Town and Thetford Town host Ely City.

In the first Division, promotion chasing Fakenham Town host struggling Stowmarket Town as they aim to remain tucked in behind top three Whitton United, Halstead Town and Great Yarmouth Town – who are without a game this afternoon.

Swaffham Town head to Braintree Town Reserves, Dereham Town Reserves host AFC Sudbury Reserves, Downham Town visit Long Melford and March Town United make the trip to Needham Market Reserves.
