Thorpe United Ladies maintained their 100pc record in Division One of the Norfolk Women's & Girls Football League with a 4-3 win over North Walsham Ladies.

Alice Ford bagged a brace for United whilst Charlotte Groves and Shanice Sutton were also on the scoresheet to make it four wins out of four. Hope Middleton (two) and Luci Middleton got the goals for North Walsham, who sit second in the table.

Aylsham Ladies enjoyed a comprehensive 7-2 win over Kirkley & Pakefield Ladies. Leanne Ferdani (two), Abbie Charlton (two) and Emma Gillespie along with two own goals accounted for Aylsham's goals whilst Felicity Levett and Donna Parsons were on target for Kirkley.

Ellie Blaxell was on target in Bohemians Ladies 1-1 draw with Sprowston Ladies in Division Two to move them up to fourth in the table.

Leonie Daulby got the only goal of the game as Long Stratton Ladies took all three points at Briston Wanderers Ladies.

Gorleston Ladies maintained their title charge with a 14-0 win over bottom-placed Harleston Town Ladies.

Bethany Turner broke the deadlock early on after Kelly Allen had won the ball in midfield. Leanne Smith then got in on the act when she got in behind the Harleston back four to make it 3-0. Turner completed her hat-trick before half-time as Gorleston started to run riot.

Melissa Anderson unleashed a screamer early in the second half to make it six before Kayleigh Byrne got in on the act. Jordan Bull finished off a fine move to make it 8-0 and Molly Sims' individual effort added another. The Greens kept searching for goals and Byrne took them into the double figures by completing her hat-trick.

Hannah Croft's fine header made it 12-0 before Byrne got her fourth goal of the game. Allen completed the rout with a long range effort.

Tavern Ladies are top of Division Three after a fine 5-4 win at East Coast Ladies. Rianna Stott (two), Lucy Keen and Emily Bell got the goals for Tavern who have taken eight points from their four games so far. Rosie Cook (two) and Lucy Robbens (two) got the goals for East Coast Ladies, who tasted defeat for the first time this season in the league.

Lowestoft Town Ladies ran out 4-0 winners against Brandon Town Ladies in the Suffolk Women's County Cup. Millie Daviss, Aimee Durrant, Broghan Scully and Hannah Walters got the Trawlergirls' goals.

Lowestoft will face Bungay Town Ladies in the quarter-finals after Bungay beat Ipswich Phoenix 10-1 thanks to goals from Nicky Hazell (four), Kelly Collins (three), Michelle Stanborough, Hannah Jones and Lois Nethersell-Webb.

In the Norfolk County Cup, Freethorpe confirmed their place in the second round of the Norfolk FA Women's Cup with a 2-1 win at Cromer Town. Sarah Earl and Megan Wilson got their goals.
