Mildenhall hit back with a penalty but Swaffham were 36-3 ahead at the break thanks to further tries from Greenwood, Clarke, Daniel Bird and Milligan.
Swaffham went from strength to strength after the break and they eventually reached three figures thanks to tries from Clarke, Rob Impey 2, Stig Terzza 2, Daniel Barnard 2, Matt Smith, Paddy Callaby and John Chamberlain.
