The Norwich Vikings Motorcycle club host round two of the Maxxis British Sidecarcross Championship at Lyng on Sunday.

Nine of the entered crews were in world championship action over Easter weekend so the pace over the Cadders Hill track is sure to be fast and furious.

Headed by current champions Stuart Brown and Luke Peters, who claimed eighth in the opening round of the world championship in Holland, the field of almost 30 crews will do battle over three races and the schedule includes a full solo support programme.

Brown and Peters won all three races at Lyng last year, but will come under closer scrutiny this time from Scott Wilkinson and David Keane, who tasted victory at the opening encounter in Kent two weeks ago. West Country brothers Daniel and Joe Millard head the chasing pack.

The action gets under way with practice at 10am, with the first of the 11-race programme at 11am.

Admission for adults is 8.
