Diss were also in six-hitting mood, putting half a dozen past Fakenham Town without reply.

Kirkley & Pakefield are out, beaten 1-0 at home by St Neots, while Gorleston were 3-0 winners over Ridgeons League Division One strugglers Cornard.

Norwich United were held 0-0 after extra-time at home to Blackstones and will replay tomorrow night, while Thetford are out after a 5-2 home defeat by Newmarket and Wisbech Town crashed 5-0 at Walsham-le-Willows.

Dereham will now face fellow Premier Division side Soham Town Rangers at Aldiss Park next month after humbling the Bloaters.

Mann had given Dereham a two-goal cushion by half-time, which soon became three when Danny Beaumont fired home, and claimed his hat-trick on 68 minutes before Craig Terrington and skipper Adam Gusterson wrapped up proceedings.

Diss are away to the winners of the Norwich United-Blackstones tie while Gorleston entertain St Ives Town. Lee Hunter scored after just 40 seconds for the Greens, Louis Turner added a second and Adam Thurtle scored his first Gorleston goal 12 minutes from time.

Kirkley - conquerors of Ridgeons leaders Wroxham the previous weekend - went down to a 57th-minute goal by Liam Kennett

Wroxham, held to a goal-less draw at home by King's Lynn Reserves, are at home to Whitton United in the next round, while Lowestoft join in at the second round stage.

Lowestoft will be hoping for a change in fortunes after suffering their third loss in four with a 3-1 defeat at Needham Market - who kept their 100pc record intact after seven games.

The Blues are fifth in the table but have played more games than every other team in the league - and it doesn't get any easier tomorrow when they travel to Trafford Park to take on a Wroxham side who have won seven of their eight games. Mildenhall will be hoping to make up ground on the leaders when they entertain Dereham with Wisbech travelling Soham.

In the First Division, there was just one game, with Downham drawing 1-1 away to Clacton.
