Norwich City Girls U11 won their age group at the recent Soccer on the Sands tournament.In the World Cup-themed event the girls played as Brazil.After beating Dereham, Brandon A and drawing with Waveney in the group stages, Norwich beat Brandon B in the semifinals to then face Brandon A again in the final.
Norwich City Girls U11 won their age group at the recent Soccer on the Sands tournament.
In the World Cup-themed event the girls played as Brazil.
After beating Dereham, Brandon A and drawing with Waveney in the group stages, Norwich beat Brandon B in the semifinals to then face Brandon A again in the final.
Eventually after a goalless final and extra time, City won 2-0 on penalties.

Norwich City Girls are looking to run an U11 team next season, and anyone interested who will be in year 5 or 6 in September 2010 should contact Paul Bussey on 01603 701389.
Training at Thorpe Rec will commence in July.
