parkrun round-up: Paul Goodwin sets new PB as first runner home at Lowestoft

Paul Goodwin (Harpenden Arrows Running Club) led the 453 parkrunners home at Lowestoft in a new personal best time of 17:24.

Samantha Lines (Waveney Valley AC) was second overall and first female in 18:35 with Cormac O'Driscoll third in a new PB of 18:47. Paul Lyon (Lowestoft Road Runners) was fourth (third male) in 18:53.

Zoe Chase was second female in 21:47 with Emma Bromley third in a new PB of 22:24.

Stewart Kelly set a new personal best of 22:07 as the first runner home at Loch Neaton.

Lewis Wilkins was second in 22:31 with Alastair Codling third in 22:45.

Donna Kilday was first female in 25:17 with Theresa Flint second in 26:53. Yasmin Dodd was third in 27:38.

Four hundred runners took part at King's Lynn at the weekend as Ryston Runners' Adam Matthews took the first finisher's token in 16:47.

Club-mate Rob Simmonds was second in 17:41 with Jacob Kelman (Edinburgh University Hare & Hounds) third in 17:56.

Bethan Everson (Ely Runners) set a new personal best of 18:08 as first female with Elisabeth Clough (Renegade Runners) second in 20:07. Debbie Schwarz (West Norfolk AC) was third in 21:44.

Nick Roper (Bungay Black Dog RC) was second in 17:57 with Kane Simmonds third in 18:28.

Holly Bunn (City of Norwich AC) was first female in 20:27 whilst Allyna Mukuya (Great Yarmouth & District AC) was second in a new PB time of 20:42. Emma Layton was third in 21:31.
