Weekly parkrun round-up focusing on Lowestoft, Gorleston, King's Lynn and Thetford
Lowestoft
More than 300 parkrunners took part at Lowestoft on Saturday as they were led home by Bungay Black Dog runner Kieran McMorran in an impressive time of 16:34.
It didn't beat his personal best of 16:27 but it was enough to put him at the front of the field ahead of Joshua Clark in second place (17:07). Jim Burgess (Waveney Valley AC) was third as he equalled his personal best of 17:22.
Junior runner Grace Forster (City of Norwich AC) was first female in 21:34 with Tracy Prewer (Lowestoft Road Runners) second in 22:49. Louise White was third in 23:05.
Trevor Rawson completed his 150th parkrun as the tailrunner whilst Paul Wolff (Epsom & Ewell Harriers) and Ryan Davenport celebrated their 100th events.

Gorleston
The sun graced Gorleston on Saturday as the 300 plus field were once again led home by Ipswich JAFFA member Robert Chenery in 17:00.
Lawrence Wade (City of Norwich AC) was second with Tyler Bilyard (Great Yarmouth & District AC) third male overall in 18:37.
Colleen Mukuya was first female, and third overall, in 17:50 with her daughter Allyna (Great Yarmouth & District AC) second in 22:18. Jo Lockhart (Bungay Black Dog) was third in 22:31.
Shaun Long notched up his 100th event in 20:23 whilst Neville Draper celebrated his 50th in 30:27.

Daniel Guppy (King's Lynn Triathlon Club) was the first runner home at King's Lynn in 17:25.
Ryston Runners' John Hopgood was the runner-up in 17:45 with Ryan Jones (Fenland Running Club) just behind in 17:54.
Bethan Everson (Fenland Running Club) was the first female in 19:31 with Debbie Schwarz just behind in 20:50. Sally Lynn Hurst (Renegade Runners) was third in 20:58.
Both Darren Smith (20:25) and Clare Mallet (30:02) celebrated their 50th parkruns.

William Laye took first place as 246 runners took part in the Thetford parkrun on Saturday.
The Bridgnorth Running Club member was more than a minute ahead of his closest rival, coming through the finishers' funnel in 17:03. Ben Churchman (Diss & District AC) was second in 18:26 with Ian Henderson third in 19:19.
Sabine Schaefer (Thetford AC) was first female in 20:20 and Natalie King was second in 21:08 - a new personal best. Charlotte Smith (Thetford AC) was third in 21:54.
Alison Morton notched up her 100th parkrun in 28:46.
