Swardeston can end any arguments over the destination of the Gibbs Denley East Anglian league title tomorrow by winning their penultimate game.
The defending champions go into their home clash against an in-form Vauxhall Mallards side 46 points clear at the top – so a victory of any description will confirm back-to-back titles.
Great Witchingham need to win their away fixture at Cambridge Granta to stand a chance of taking the title race to the final weekend – while hoping of course that Mallards, who have won their previous four games, can do them a big favour.
If it does go to September 14 Witchingham will have home advantage against Horsford, while Swardeston travel to Woolpit.
With no relegation due to Clacton's withdrawal before the season started the remaining games of the season are of academic interest only. Norwich take on Saffron Walden at Postwick tomorrow while Horsford have a free day.
