Diss Town followed up their 6-1 weekend win with a 4-2 Ridgeons League Division One derby victory over Thetford last night. Luke Catchpole took his tally to three goals in two games since returning to the club from Mildenhall by starting and finishing the scoring. Brendan Foley and John Abbott extended the Tangerines' lead to 3-0 before Thetford ensured a tense finish with two goals in five minutes from Matt Dixon, the second from the spot. But after Catchpole's late clincher Thetford finished with ten men after a second yellow card for Chris Collins-Reed.

Meanwhile new Fakenham manager Wayne Anderson saw his side beaten 3-1 at home by March in Division One of the Ridgeons League last night. The Ghosts trailed 2-0 at the break, with Ash Brand converting a rebound on 20 minutes and a corner from Gino Livoti drifting in 10 minutes later. The hosts were boosted by the introduction of new signing Daryll Rose and a spell of pressure was rounded off by a goal from Julian Delicata on 65 minutes. Livoti was then sent off for retaliation but March still had the final word when Brand scoring his second.
