Norwich City youngster Diallang Jaiyesimi will spend next season on loan at Yeovil Town.

The 20-year-old forward returns to League Two having made 35 appearances for Grimsby Town last season, although just 10 were league starts.

Jaiyesimi becomes the first signing of the summer for the Somerset club, who are managed by former Canaries youngster Darren Way and finished 19th in the fourth tier last season, just two points clear of relegation.

City signed the attacker from non-league Dulwich Hamlet in January 2016 and gave the youngster a new contract in November, extending his deal until 2020 with the option for a further 12 months.

He scored eight goals in 33 games for the Norwich U23s during 2016/17 before joining up with Grimsby, where he scored one goal as the Mariners avoided the drop.
